I was standing in front of my closet deciding what to wear when I realized that I have a thing for light blue stripes. I added many new dresses in the last month (hit by a compulsive need of shopping). Most of them have little thin light blue stripes. This “thing” for stripes goes together with my other passion (and first love): pink. So, it’s not hard to believe how much I love this Katr Dobrrkova rainbow skirt! It was love since the first moment I saw it at S*uce, Dubai Mall.

The Katr Dobrrkova rainbow skirt comes together with a cute ruffle top. You can pair them together for a strong ruffle game, or you can also wear the two pieces separately. I already wore the top a lot, even more than the skirt, matching it with this pink midi skirt or with a pair of denim shorts (like these – which are my favorite – or also these for a contrast effect).

As I told you before, it’s pretty hard to put makeup on during this season. Temperatures are really high and the humidity is so strong that my makeup melts on my face even before I finish to apply it. I like keeping the makeup as simple as possible, focusing on the lips rather than the eyes (you can read my makeup routine here). Especially because I really love playing with sunglasses, which are n. 1 accessory of the summer!

I recently dedicated one entire article talking about the must have of all must have sunglasses (!!). But, honestly, my sunnies collection includes so many different shape. For each outfit there is a pair of sunglasses ready to wear. Today, I’m wearing a pair of Glassing, an interesting italian brand that I’ve been recently in touch. I adore the golden metallic details of this sunnies. Very chic, very vintage!
