Mrs B. Wears Mary Jane
Which is the age to say NO to baby shoes? Because fashionistas can call them “Mary Jane” shoes but the truth is that they are exactly what I put on my feet where I was 10 years ago. Is this a problem? Not for me! Especially when the Mary Jane in question does “Red Sole” for surname.
I was checking Net-A-Porter website when I spotted these lovely shoes designed by Christian Louboutin. It was love at first sight. For me and for Mrs B. Well, she loved them even more than I did because she clicked on “Buy It” buttom and Yup! She got them.
Both Mrs B. and I are agreed that the best way to wear this model of shoes is with a feminine dress, which has been Mrs B.’s choice. She is rocking her new pretty ballerinas with a Roksand dress (I love this brand!!) and Fendi Peekaboo micro bag. I love the result, Mrs B.! Dress is always a good choice but if you feel more comfortable with pants, another winning situation could be to wear Mary Jane shoes with boyfriend jeans matched with a shirt with round little collar. What do you think?
