Las weekend I took part of FASHION FORWARD Season 10th. Fashion Forward is an event that happens twice a year. It brings together fashion shows, emerging designers (from the area and international), shows and exhibitions. Season by season, FFWD grew so much that is now an important appointment in Dubai’s fashion scene. I shared in my last post few snaps of what caught my attention during the event.

Today I’m gonna show you what I wore.

FASHION FORWARD – DAY 1

The first day was particularly long. Fashion Forward opened at 12pm but I had other two meetings to attend in the morning. So I immediately went over the idea to wear heels. I couldn’t survive! I opted for a casual chic look which I created starting from these Zara velvet pants that I recently bought. I adore the color: an intense and vivid color violet which I styled with all the shades of blue.

I liked the result, a lot honestly. The only inconvenience was that most of the time I spent at FFWD was outside, under the sun. There were moments which I thought I was really melting down. But, however, for the love of a good outfit, I stayed strong and fashionable lol.

FASHION FORWARD DAY 2

The day after I arrived at D3 more prepared. I wore a fresh look that included this giant (but seriosuly giant) ruffle dress that you might probably remember from this post. The fact that I spent only few hours at FFWD it was my green light for heels (not high heels tho).
