Last weekend I was invited by Grazia Qatar to be one of the bloggers to host an event with Juicy Couture for the official opening of the new store in Doha Festical City.

We all know and we all associate the name Juicy Couture with the sweater collection. But actually, when I visited the store to pick my outfit, I got surprised. Beside the chenille collection there were other racks full of pretty prints, girly dresses, studded denim and embellished jacket.

Juicy Couture The Black Label collection is stunning! It’s a mix of Californian girl and Wanna-Go-To-Coachella girl.

There are several maxi dresses that are great for a summer in Doha – especially to wear during Ramadan evenings. But there is also a huge part of micro dresses and short skirts. Like the denim mini skirt that I went for. This skirt is definitely too short to wear to go to malls, but it looks great if you go to private parties or clubs.

I’m happy to see that the “flamingo mania” isn’t over yet. So, when I picked my look, I had no doubts about the shirt. I absolutely love the flamingo print. The shirt looks vintage at my eyes and I think this is also another reason why I went for it. The fit is over – I took a S – so it’s perfect for summer. With this crazy heat, the last thing you want to do is to wrap yourself in some tight clothes.

The jewel section is also really good. I mean, I found a rainbow bracelet which is the cutest! Perfectly matched with this evil eye chain bracelet. I also finally found the perfect multi chains necklace. This accessory is really trendy at the moment and I was desperately looking for a nice one. This necklace with mini charm wishes was THE ONE!

Another fact that I like about this outfit is that if you look at each single piece you might think they cannot work together. At all. The studded skirt, the vintage funky shirt and the girly bag. Chiara, what the hell you were thinking when you chose your look?! Well, after all, I think they really match together, creating a quite unique look.

A pair of sunnies and my Love Potions flask, and voilà! I was ready to join the Grazia Qatar team and the followers who passed by.
