Striped Dress + Gingham Heels
My go-to-summer outfits have been easy maxi dresses and I realized that most of them are from Zara. Like the maxi striped dress that I’m wearing today. It’s part of Zara new collection and I think it’s one of the best purchases that I did recently. The over fit is simply perfect to face this hot summer. I can’t tolerate nothing too tight or stretch in this period. The humidity’s level is so high that kills me.
So, when I saw this striped dress I knew that it must be added to my wardorobe. I could easly transition this Zara striped dress from casual to the ultimate cool-girl staple outfit. And I tell you how.
How To Style This Zara Striped Dress
This dress looks super pretty with basic sneakers (the same that I wore here). A shoulder bag is just the most comfortable accessory that you can add (or maybe two of them – how I did here) But if you are up to be chic in the heat this is what you can do: add a pair of heels and a statement bag. Does it sound too obvious? It doesn’t! If you play with prints like I did you can bet that your outfit will be elevated to another level.
You know that I’m the queen when it comes to match different patterns and colors together (do you remember this look? and this one?). So when I pull out this outfit the first thing I thought was that it’d have been fun to match stripes with gingham pattern. These JCrew gingham shoes are another new entry in my closet. It was a birthday gift from me to me!
To add a pop of color ( I told you that I’m the queen of colors) I chose to wear my Celine Panthome tote bag, tying around a Lanvin vintage silk scarf.
I love how the entire outfit stood out. I got tons of compliments when I wore this look but what really metter, I really felt good in this dress. Well, honestly I feel like I never have enough of striped clothes.
