Miu Miu SS 2016 Collection

How would you make wearable the most unwearble brand?

Because we have to be honest. Miu Miu is really one of the hardest brand to wear. Don’t misunderstand my words. I’m fan number one of Miuccia Prada, she is a genius. Although, when you look at Miu Miu collections you could feel lost because looks seem to be a kind of mix and match of everything. Who can really wear these outfits without looking like a crazy mental patient escaped from hospital?

Well, fortunately we have our Mrs B. who can help us. She is really the best one to create awesome looks with fun patterns and colors. So take a pen and a pad, open and be ready for a shopping session with Mrs B.

Before to start, I need to recap Miu Miu’s strength.

Miu Miu wouldn’t be Miu Miu without glitters, pastel colors, crazy patterns, funky shoes. Most of time collections take inspiration from 50’s.

This is Miu Miu. A brand to choose if you are a vintage lover but you want to add a contemporary twist to your look. I’m not particularly crazy for vintage, but Miu Miu is always one of my favourite brands because it’s extremely feminine without making me look like an old classic woman. It’s a brand to choose if you really love to play with fashion. I think my closet could contain all collections from Miu Miu and Vivetta (Vivetta SS16 collection is here) and I would be the happiest woman in the world!

But one thing is to love funky clothes, another thing is to wear them. The question is: How should I wear it? The answer is “depends”! Yes, depends if you are brave enough to mix and match different patterns and colors or if you prefer to stand out one key-piece and keep the rest of your look simple.

Are you brave? That’s awesome! Check these three looks that Mrs B. put together. All items are from the latest Miu Miu collection.

Miu Miu Resort Collection 2016

Look 1. It’s the perfect outfit to wear from day to night and you neither have to add or remove anything. Longuette and a bon ton shirt are allowed in office (maybe you can simply add a slim jacket in case you need to cover your shoulder), but the funny details of the look make it acceptable for a night out with boyfriend.

Look 2. Let’s rock! Wear glitter on your feet, jump in a leather mini skirt and wear a oversize blue and red striped jacket. You will be awesome, my dear fashionista!

Look 3. Do you have a casual and realxing day scheduled? That sounds fantastic. Take out from your closet that baby blue skirt. Add a camel sweater (aren’t those hearts so cute?!), a pair of comfortable mary jane shoes and a shoulder bag. And don’t forget to wear a red lipstick! My favourite is Lipstuck by Wojooh (read the review here)

Do you prefer to stay in your comfort zone and wear one key-piece only? Mrs B. selected three items to buy and that they will make stand out your look. Happy Shopping!

1.Embellished crepe dress 2. Striped polo shirt 3. Glitter pumps
