Une Beauty philosophy can be sum up in these words “I reveal your natural beauty. Your personality is not absorbed by a thick layer of make-up. I enhance your beauty without concealing it“. These words could easily describe myself and what I look for when I put on make-up. I don’t want to cover myself but I want to standout my strong points with a makeup that really suits on my face and my style.

After two years in an arabic country I understood that this motto is not working here. My idea of a strong makeup coincides with the arabic idea of NO-Make-Up Kind Of Day. So you understand that we are really on two different planets!

The French brand Une Beauty has the perfect range of products to create a natural makeup. I personally use their Mascara Green Pride Volume when I just want to make my face look fresh without spending too much time on doing the make-up.

The Mascara Green Pride Volume comes in two colours, brown and black. What I noticed is that it doesn’t last for long. It’s made with a natural and organic formulation so of course it can’t last for all the day. For this reason it’s not my first choice when I know that I have to go out for many hours. And it’s definitely not my choice for evening makeup. Although I can create very nice smokey eyes effect combining the mascara with their eye shadow palette.
