It’s a bit of time that I wish to visit South America. There are many places that fascinate me. Perù, Argentina, Bolivia just to nominate some. I love their traditions, their cultures, their amazing local markets. I love their ability to create fabulous embroideries.
I totally love the bohemien style of their fashion traditions. And I like this style for clothes and for home decoration. I dream to have a pair of Peruvian rags in my home sooner or later.
So, discover the brand Carolina K
has been a wonderful surprise. Read her story and philosophy made me become immediatly one of her fans!
Carolina K is the brand founded by Carolina Kleinman, an Argentinian musician and fashion designer.
Inspired by her travels across Latin American, she created wonderful collections where vintage, hand crafted embroideries from South America and indian details are perfectly mixed together.
“Carolina K truly represents a combination of ancient cultures
updated with sophisticated style“
But there is more. Carolina is a strong supporter of Latin American factories and artisan. She also works with people of some communities and supports many local causes in Peru and Mexico (for example an orphanage in Peru).
So each piece which is part of her collections is not only a dress, a trousers or a top. It is much more and it should be handle with care and love!
